Amy Miketic, is a Canadian filmmaker born and raised by Polish / Slovenian Parents.

She is a classically trained ballerina who left her toe shoes behind and took up another passion instilled in her: Traveling.

Amy has moved between such cities as Vancouver, Toronto and San Francisco where she pursued the artistic endeavors: acting, graphic design and filmmaking.

Always unconventional, Amy traveled through Bosnia during the height of the war; met and volunteered with Mother Teresa, and stood at the foot of base camp to Mt. Everest.

With this, she moved to New York, where she was humbled and spent many years growing and falling in love with filmmaking and the city.

Amy has directed three shorts films, and written several features and shorts.
